Creating a VM
After creation of VM connect with RDP and install IIS server and import all the HTML and CSS file
Create VM2 and install IIS server in Vm2
After creation of Both Virtual Machine , I am creating Traffic Manager and adding two enpoint. In ep1 I am selecting VM and in ep2 i am selecting Vm2
After Traffic Manager I am using one more Service i.e Recovery Service Vault

We can check our Appointment is Successfully Done or not.
