it seems that current version is crashing on startup.

Strange, I think that's something on your end, because I don't have any problem, nor has anyone else reported it.

because everybody is their vacation :D. it is crashing on processing flags

Everyone is on holiday playing HtA ;) But really, try deleting and redownloading the mod, because this is definitely a you thing. My version doesn't have an problem, and it's pretty much what's currently on GitHub.
