streamlink is out-dated (fix on PR)

Hey,

The streamlink version on scoop extras bucket seems to be stuck at 5.1.2-1 version from last year. There are multiple new versions since then. Anyone wants to investigate and fix the versioning? (I know, lazy me asking for others to do the work, sorry).

https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink/releases shows 5.3.1 as the newest version currently.

Edit: I the Windows builds are located at https://github.com/streamlink/windows-builds/releases which probably is the issue why updates stopped at scoop?

Figured it out. https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/streamlink.json calls for py310 files when the python version and hence the naming scheme has changed to py311. Meaning streamlink.json needs to be manually updated each time the python version changes in streamlink or to alter it just to search for files with "py3" in it instead of the full string. I have no idea if that's possible in scoop files though...
