Pre_uninstall script exitting with code 1

Hi, I'm trying to update the manifest for nilesoft-shell as it's out-of-date on scoop and stuck on 1.9.15 when the latest is 1.9.18, however, I'm coming across an error I was hoping someone could help debug as I'm stuck atm. When running scoop uninstall, I get this:

For whatever reason, the pre_uninstall script successfully executes (I've checked) but throws up the fact that the exit code was 1 apparently.
On the existing manifest (where the same script is under 'uninstaller'), this doesn't happen. The only change I've made is to update the regkey location. I tried troubleshooting this, but I'm lost here to be honest so would really appreciate some help in figuring this out.
