Added better context to exceptions

Things are getting better

Feed files are now processed individually. This has the big advantage that you can put on filters on the query builder in the data provider specific to channels and locales

Things should be working - Give it a try :)

This release is not feature complete, but should serve as a very good starting point. I would appreciate a lot of feedback :)
