Add support for NSD (Network Services Discovery) and mDNS/RendezVous as HandshakeConnector. Currently the publication is not part of the specification, but there's a proxy at https://github.com/COLTRAM/nsd, http://jcdufourd.wp.mines-telecom.fr/2013/05/15/network-service-discovery-api and http://jcdufourd.wp.mines-telecom.fr/2013/06/05/new-version-of-nsd-api-implementation.
