The page cannot be profiled

Hi all,

Just launched a new store and been checking out the extension to see how we can improve store speed. We're using a 3rd party theme (not developed by Shopify). I'm relatively technical but not a developer AND this is my first time posting, so go easy :)

Getting the "cannot be profiled" message on any page. Copy of the console below and I expanded each entry to show all child notes.

If it needs to be attached in another way please let me know.
