Signalen team vs teams

This is a question about how the Signalen community wants to talk about itself. I've now written copy for this website that introduces the people working on Signalen as either:

• 1 team (a blended group of Amsterdam and VNGr all working together to get Signalen ready for reuse in other municipalities while keeping it running in A'dam)
• 2 teams (an established team in Amsterdam and a new team at VNGr that work together)

In both cases, I've gotten feedback that it should be the other way (to make sure everyone is included and their work recognized appropriately).
