Describe the bug

Docker images of accounts do not contain information about the git tag of the build version.
The problem is probably in the CI release yaml definition for GitHub workflows.

What we see on service startup:
GitRevision: ✗- (built Mon Aug 1 10:08:01 UTC 2022)

What we want to see:
GitRevision: ✗-c72450f (built Mon Aug 1 10:08:01 UTC 2022)
