all script pause in windows unfocus?

for some reason when i unfocus all script pause and that on 2 computer
same for some realy old version that is AHK based
they are kind of recently reformated too less than 6 month
on windows 10 pro and home
other thing i have tried
run has admin/task scheduler/compatibility mode
any help is appreciated
