Building rapport

What feelings, thoughts, and views about communication would you like to share?
I see building rapport as a recurring activity. I want to start my dialogues with it.
Where would you place this activity within a dialogue? What do you like to do to build rapport with someone?

1. It is natural for people to talk.
   1.1 I like meeting people and talking with them in a room or on a walk.
   1.2 I like talking online publicly and privately.

2. I can write.
   We can have conversations online.
   We can choose software with which we'd make them as beneficial as you like.

3. We can spend time offline e.g.:
   3.1 partying
   3.2 playing sports
   3.3 hiking
