Starting a Twitch output always starts ingest server auto-selection (with dialog), even one is set in output options

• This applies even if suppressPrestreamDialog is set.
• This also happens when starting a twitch output from an Elgato StreamDeck
• If I start the output via hotkeys or the application menus, this doesn't happen: XSplit starts streaming to the server I configured

Hi, we confirmed that this is an app bug which would require the issue to be fixed in XBC itself.

We filed this internally as T10006.

Hi, I tested this today and it's still not fixed in XBC. {"suppressPrestreamDialog":true} also has no effect.

If anyone wants to overcome this problem, emulate the keyboard. I use node.js, and I set up keyboard shortcuts in XBC to start/stop the stream and use nut.js to press the keyboard shortcuts.
