Demo: app header disappears when quickly scrolling

In your demo, if you quickly scroll up and down, app-header's transform property resets to translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px) and nothing is visible, until you stop and slowly scroll

I tested it on latest Chrome and Firefox. Scroll effect is ok. What browser do you have?

I'm running Chrome 51.0.2704.84 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 16.04

it only happens after some intense scrolling btw, I was checking what was happening with your lipsum text, if it would re-use dom elements
