Bug: read_csv_datalake close.connection error #18

df <- er.helpers::read_csv_datalake("land/2021/raw/extinction_threat.csv")

This might be my fault.. I changed this function from using readr::read_csv to readr::read_excel_csv as this function preserves macrons

@bonniefarrant can you help with this?
