The nuget package does not have a strong name.

Noone complained about the lack of the strong name for years. Seems like the issue is very uncommon.
Still if a developer can't use nuget's StbImageSharp due to the lack of strong name, they can include it as source code.

That's what I ended up doing: jayrulez/Sedulous-Ultraviolet@00e97f7

but I'd prefer to reference the Nuget package if possible.
