Describe the feature

Voucher can be made by user and redeemed by user also admin can make voucher and redeemed by user.
this feature also alternate for deposit via admin(cashier)

Reasoning for the implementation

To make transaction more flexible for payment.

also can be used when user buy the product when user balance is not enought to buy, so they can use friend, family balance using the voucher from friend, so this helpfull,
