Deleted and reran docker compose: screen formatting has now all changed.

My deployment no longer displays in the need format (with each option in a grey box). Not sure what has changed or how I fix this. I have tried clearing the cache.

Ok so I check the browser logs and saw the following:

Mixed Content: The page at '<URL>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet '<URL>?'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Not sure why this is happening now. I reach this url using Nginx Proxy Manager.

It was all working well until I redeployed the compose file.
