- Details: Provide as much information as possible, including steps to reproduce the vulnerability, its potential impact, and any suggested solutions.
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours and provide you with a tracking number for your report.
- Assessment: Our security team will assess the vulnerability and determine the impact and severity. We may contact you for further information or clarification.
- Resolution: If the vulnerability is confirmed, we will work on a fix and will provide you with an estimated timeline for the resolution.
- Update: You will receive updates on the status of the vulnerability report at least every 7 days.
- Disclosure: Once the vulnerability is resolved, we will notify you before the fix is deployed. We may also issue a public security advisory, crediting you for the discovery if you wish.
