Calculate a premium amount if code is entered within a short time period

To force people to use the app, a premium could be paid, if the code is given within a short time period. To prepare this, add a feature to the app to calculate the time between the code generation (or even better the test result) and the time the code is entered into the app. E.g. if the code is used in the app within 24 hours after the test result, 100% of the premium can be requested. And 50% if the code is used within 48h.
Collect the parameter like the time periods from the server, so that the parameters can be changed without updating the app.
