Backend module template tutorial uses deprecated API

Current behavior

The Create a backend module with Extbase v13 tells me to use setContent, which has been removed in TYPO3v13.

The v12 ModuleTemplate API docs mention that setContent is deprecated, but do not link to changelog entry and does not tell what to do instead.

Expected behavior/output

The example should work.
