Boar Population and Butterflies

All of Fabric 5 - v 0.2.11 Minecraft 1.18.1 Fabric 0.12.12

Apparently the butterflies are causing a Boar population explosion. I did not see an option to change the configs for this but maybe I didn't look in the right place for the configs yet. Is there a way to stop the breeding?

Since this mod is ported from Forge, its still using the very retarded Forge way of having server configs inside of the world folder. You know, so that Modpacks can't ship default configs for mods using this format.... I really hate this config location immensely.
