Procedural space stations

In addition to the player-created space stations, "unknown" space stations would occasionally show up on your celestial map around different planets. These stations would come in different tiers, with better loot being locked behind later tiers. The first space stations would be mostly empty, but the later ones could have enemies or some kind of defense systems. This would be a unique way of adding more dungeons to explore.
