[BUG] Portable Project Outfox on USB doesn't detect new songs. (also, please optimise if possible)

Describe the problem

So recently, I have been working on a personal project and needed to go mobile, so I downloaded the app on a usb and added Simply Love to assist with it. However, when I made a chart using Arrow Vortex and inserted the song into the songs folder the same way that I was supposed to, it didn't load. I relaunched. Nothing. I reloaded all songs and courses after realising I forgot to. Still nothing. I did all three while the game was closed. Nothing. I was able to get songs to load in before, so what happened now?

(also, project outfox on a flash drive is a nightmare. please re-name the portable install option to something else.)

The song should have loaded in after I did a reload operation while the game was closed
