Describe the solution you'd like

As an arcade cabinet user, or someone who otherwise wants OutFox to start up in a "demo" type mode on initial launch, it would be nice to have a Preferences.ini value to enable autostart of Jukebox mode. A preference entry such as AutoStartJukeboxOnLaunch=1 could allow OutFox to immediately enter Jukebox mode upon launch. An accompanying AutoStartJukeboxMode=<mode> preference would be useful to control the mode that Jukebox uses when it launches.
