Issue with Data Transforms ( apply_random_crop ) , the transform is not being added to the list of added transforms, upon re-loading.

Thank you for raising the issue.

The issue is with only pytorch's random crop, other changes are being applied. If you want to apply random crop please use Gluoncv-mxnet pipeline till the issue is resolved.
