String type import error PIL._Util on kaggle - bokeh 2.1.1 has requirements tornado >=5.1 but you'll have tornado 5.0.2 which is incompartible. #82

The issue is not with tornado and bokeh.... python 3.6 and pillow 6.0.0 are incompatible... very recently kaggle shifted to python 3.7, monk is yet to completely support it. A temporary workaround would be to use pillow version 7.2.0 when on kaggle
