Under Matomo location we are seeing duplicate data under countries #43

Matomo 3.13.0
We are seeing duplicate entries for several countries under visitors->locations->countries. When looking into it, I noticed that 1 page visit record is showing up under both country entries.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
