[BUG] freyja commands does not work without the build dir #10

Describe the bug
If /home/$USER/freyja-workspace/build does not exist, any freyja command fails

To Reproduce

rm -rf home/$USER/freyja-workspace/build
freyja --help

Expected behavior
Any command should work.
If the build dir does not exist, it should be created with the user's permissions

OS:
NAME="Ubuntu"
VERSION_ID="22.04"
VERSION="22.04.2 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)"
VERSION_CODENAME=jammy
