[Feature Request] Ender Bucket

This is a request for an Ender Bucket item which the player would link to an Ender Tank, and is used to place liquids in the world using the liquid in said Ender Tank, or to pick up liquids from the world storing the liquid into the Ender Tank.

If the Ender Bucket could also work from inside a Dispenser, that would be a nice bonus feature.
