What does it take to add support for a new major LLVM version?

LLVM 19.1.0 was released last month, and I'm curious what the steps are for adding support for a new major version like this is. llvm-sys has also released version 191.0.0, so that dependency should be good to go, which I expect would be requirement number one. What are the steps that follow before inkwell can be used with LLVM 19.1? Thanks.
