Multiple instances with different destinations

Not really an issue - do you think this could be used to run multiple instances in order to process data from different sources separately and then send each stream to a different destination?
I am trying to clean AIS data streams from different locations before sending them to an aggregator. Some AIS sources send sentences without the at the end, which is preventing them from being read in some instances. ideally this would be fixed at the sources but I don't have control of the sources.
