The biggest changes

1. Using discordie instead of discord.js
2. Music capabilities are greatly enhanced.
3. Configuration is simplified.
4. Overall stability should be improved over 2.1.1
5. More to come!

Bugs are squashed

1. The issue wherein the bot would sometimes get stuck in a voice channel is fixed.
2. The weird non-existent commands like join are gone.

Bugs are made

1. Alias system is still broken.
2. voice is not very reliable.
3. Some commands from 2.1.1 are still missing.

Keep in mind, this is an alpha release, bugreports/pull-requests are greatly appreciated!
