🐛 [Bug] 插件介绍、名称等内容的语言无法跟随面板语言切换

描述问题 (Describe The Problem)

插件的介绍和名称硬编码在/app/plugins下的部分代码中，导致在面板设置切换语言为英语后，插件的介绍等仍为中文。

如何复现 (How To Reproduce)

1. 安装面板
2. 设置语言为英文
3. 刷新浏览器页面，进入插件市场
   4.终于找到了😱bug概率100%

预期行为 (Expected Behavior)

插件介绍等文本放置于国际化文件中，语言跟随面板语言切换而切换
