🐛 [Bug] 调查开启面板 SSL 后浏览器不能保存密码的问题

开启面板 SSL 后，浏览器不能读取保存的密码也不支持保存密码了。

如何复现 (How To Reproduce)

1. 安装面板
2. 开启面板 SSL
3. 退出重新登录
4. 出现问题

预期行为 (Expected Behavior)

浏览器正确保存密码并填充
