描述功能 (Describe Feature)

• 1. 菜单名字改成证书
• 2. 支持手动上传证书
• 3. 证书可以部署到多个网站
• 4. 在编辑网站时可以直接选择证书
• 5. 支持自定义acme端点
• 6. 添加一键注册账号签发证书（使用面板设置的邮箱）
• 7. 证书dns支持华为云
• 8. 支持手动选择使用http还是dns验证
• 9. 优化同一邮箱多acme账号下在证书处的显示
• 10. dns手动验证的时候主域名单独一列显示防止混淆
• 11. dns记录添加后不会自动删除
