Unicode 15.0 adds

0CF3 ೳ KANNADA SIGN COMBINING ANUSVARA ABOVE RIGHT
• used in Konkani, Havyaka Kannada (Havigannada) and Awadhi texts to indicate anunāsikā

This should be added to the Tiro Kannada font. Note, however that this character presents some complex positioning and spacing issues when one or more below-right subscript or spacing letters are present, so this will take some time to figure out the best way to implement for arbitrary conjuncts.
