Actually the Home Assistant Integration, much like this project, uses
aioswitcherto controlSwitcherdevices.This project was meant for users who don't/can't use Home Assistant, and don't want to write their own Python app to use
aioswitcher,so they can quickly spin up a container and access their
Swithcerdevices via HTTP requests.AFAIK more often than not, users who weren't able to make the HA integration work, presumably on account of the UDP communication, will usually build HTTP requests automation and custom components around this project, this project only uses
aioswitcher's API layer, and not the Bridge one, so no UDP communication is involved.
