Describe the bug
When you select all blogs to be added to the queue while the first of these blogs is offline, then the context menu option 'enqueue selection' is greyed out. Any other blog can be offline but only when the first blog is offline, then the 'enqueue selection' option is unavailable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select all blogs while the first blog is offline
  2. Right click on the selected blogs
  3. Notice that the 'enqueue selection' option of the context menu is greyed out

Expected behavior
When selecting all blogs and some of these (but not the first blog) is offline, then you can still use the context menu option 'enqueue selection' to queue the blogs for download. The offline blogs are correctly ignored and all online blogs are added to the queue. But this does not work when the first blog is offline. I assume that this is a bug and that the 'enqueue selection' context menu option should also work in this case.
