Mods uploaded to CurseForge may in general be used within modpacks on CurseForge, even if they're licensed ARR. The license configured on the CurseForge page is used by CurseForge moderation to determine whether forks of the mod itself can be uploaded. Considering the restrictions towards publishing forks are tighter than simple redistribution through modpacks, I think the designation of ARR is appropriate and leaves less room for error on the moderation side. |

Please update CF's project setting if it's applicable to CF's distribution.
