I think the waystone name config could be improved, by adding a few more options. To not clutter the main mod's config, it could generate in it's own file.
A few suggestions:
Generate the list of default names, so users can edit them freely. (Allows people to remove or alter any they want, and aren't forced to have their custom names just generate once before going into default)
Allow editing of the naming conventions, including adding new ones (so not every one is "[Name Here] [Biome here]")
Allow names and naming conventions to be linked to the biome the waystone is in, instead of just attaching the biome name to the end (So a name like "Town of Plank Hills" only occurs in Extreme Hills)
I feel like this system would help modpack authors to better alter waystones to fit their theme, and so I could make a bunch of random references to Zelda 2 without them generating all as the first towns you find, regardless of biome.
