Running through the program, I couldn't recover my secret without a camera to scan QR, I don't have one connected. However, it should be relatively easy to read the image file within the pdf inside of hyperbacked, no? Thank you for releasing this fork for us poor people to test/use.

That's a great idea, it should be possible to recover it from PDF or from screenshots. I will add that in the next version.

@Twometer

Thanks for taking the time to incorporate this feature! It would be nice to see this version become more feature-rich than the paid version with a higher potential for a greater number of users. The more users you have, the more feedback you get and the more useful the app may become if the suggestions are taken to action. I hope users that can afford it will obtain a license from Sun.

Any update if, or where, this feature is in development?

Thanks for the port, would love to get this to more users.

I did not find a crate or other method to reliably convert PDFs back into images for scanning. It may be doable with https://github.com/pdf-rs/pdf but it'll add a lot of complexity.

The easiest way would probably to allow QR images to be imported.
