Playlist not updating according to check interval [BUG]

I have subscribed to a unlisted playlist on Youtube, when I do it downloads all current videos in the playlist but never gets any new videos added to it after the initial download upon subscription.

Tried re-subscribing multiple times and changing the check interval to as low as 1. Even had a friend try on his end and has the exact same result. Left it alone for an hour or so now and still nothing.

Logs are empty even when changing to debug so not much more I can provide. Following the basics, add a playlist by URL and hit subscribe that's it.

edit: Restarting the container seemed to fix it. Changes were not being saved/updated till the container is restarted. So slightly different bug.

This is a real issue, we don't have anything "monitoring" if any changes are made to the check interval.
