Inner planets
An iridescent ball made of speed (and metal, mostly metal). This unicorn doesn’t know fear. He will charge at you, mutilate his body, and explode into pieces just to kill you.
Attacks:
- Spindash: Will spin in place and then charge at you.
- Double spindash: Will spin twice in place, changing direction and then charge at you.
- Horn mortar: Will send his horn through the airs aiming at you, when the horns lands, it will break into lots of bismuth projectiles.
- Birds: Will explode into a bunch of doves, each dove will move independently and shoot at you if you are far away enough.
- Raindow road: Will move vertically at fast speed shooting projectiles at you.
- Raindow loop: Will move around you in circles at fast speed shooting projectiles at you.
- TANK ENGINE: Will morph into a train and horizontally charge at your position. Periodically loses life.
Pro tip: Mercury does not do contact damage unless is spindashing.
A giant willo of blazing beauty, her carcass is made from the bodies of her lovers, who will die for her again and again. Don’t accept her kisses, unless you want to be scorched.
Attacks:
- Fireballs: Will shoot a bunch of bouncy fireballs.
- Flamethrower: Will shoot a pair of flamethrowers around your position and shoot individual fires at you.
- Ulcers: Will summon 4 Ulcers.
- Explosives: Will throw 3 ipecac fire ipecac projectiles at you, the fire barriage will always be first in an X pattern and then will oscillate between x+x+...
- Heat wave: Will slam the floor and create a ring of fireballs, fire waves and fires.
- Kiss: Will shoot a kiss at you, the kiss does no damage, but if it hits you, you will burn and wont be able to stop moving.
- Summon: Will snap her fingers and summon a candle, the candle will be lit with a kiss and a wax summon will rise.
- INFERNO: Will break her carcass and unleash all her flames, will shoot a barrage of fires at you. Periodically loses life.
Summons:
- Wax Siren: Will steal 6 of your familiars. (Does not spawn if there are no familiars or a Lilith is present)
- Wax Colostomia: Will shoot fire bombs.
- Wax Gurdy: Will summon Ulcers.
- Wax Maid in the Mist: Will shoot 3 fires at you.
A pretty green planet, fresh water flows through her body. Nothing bad will happen to this little baby. She's perfect as she is. You wouldn't hurt her, right?
Green Attacks:
- Embers: Will spawn 3 hot coals.
- Bubbles: Will shoot a bunch of bubbles at you.
- Leafs: Will shoot 4 hight speed leafs at you.
Grimace Attacks:
- Tongue: Will extend her tongue in your direction.
- Bomb Flies: Will summon 3 Bomb Flies.
- Shockwave: Will shoot a rock shockwave at you.
- Tar Bomb: Will shoot a tar bomb at you, which will explode into bubbles.
Eden Attacks:
- Passive shots: Will shoot a ring of tears around her while she moves.
- Bullet hell: Will shoot many projectiles around her and at the end release some outwards.
- Trumpet: Will summon the harmbringers, they will spawn from the left side of the room and move to the right.
- Light beam: Will shoot 4 light beams in cardinal directions and then rotates them in a random direction.
- Meteors: Will summon markers where meteors will fall, the meteors will explode into 4 projectiles that move in cardinal directions.
Pro tip:
Eden Terra and Grimace Terra will attack at the same time, unless Grimace Terra is already doing another attack.
You can try to lure Grimace Terra into using her tongue attack so she doesn't do a more dangerous attack.
An overhauled creature, enhanced with mechanical pieces, seeking glory at all cost, no matter the cost of it.
Attacks:
- Phobos and Deimos: Mars sons will constantly shot at you, Phobos will shoot normal short range projectiles and Deimos will shoot a laser, there will be a marker where Deimos is going to shot.
- Energy gun: Will shoot 3 rows of 3 accelerating projectiles at you.
- Laser: Will shoot a laser that will fork into 0-4 pairs of orthogonal lasers.
- Missiles: Will summons a bunch of perfect homing missiles, the missiles do no damage on its own, but will self destruct if they are to close to you and summon 4 projectiles in cardinal directions.
- Airstrike: Will summon 8 targets with a countdown, when the countdown gets to 0 a missile will land.
- Rocket: Will shoot a rocket at you in an horizontal line, the rocket can be critical.
- Charge: Will charge at you at hight speed.
- LIGHT SABER: Will summon a lightsaber at charge towards you, tears, bombs and chaos cards hit by the saber will be reflected.
Pro tip: The center of the room is a blind spot for the airstrike.
A once cheerful and expresfull rabbit, not tainted by the penance of the light. Free from the restraints of the statue, found refugee in the other side, where the light can not reach.
Doors:
- Treasure Room: Will retrieve a random treasure item.
- Devil Room: Will retrieve a random devil item.
- Angel Room: Will retrieve a random angel item.
- Shop Room: Will retrieve a random shop item.
- Library Room: Will retrieve a random book item.
- Secret Room: Will retrieve a special item.
- Boss Room: Will summon a random boss between Monstro, Duke of Flies, Gemini and Larry Jr.
- Planetarium Room: Will summon a random boss between Pluto, Eris, Makemake and Haumea.
- Bed Room: Will summon a bed and go to sleep, while she is sleeping, she will regenerate life.
- Mega Satan Room: Will summon a Mega Blast laser.
- Cursed Room: Will shot the door frame at you.
- Arcade Room: Will summon a bunch of Ultra Greed coins.
- Dice Room: Will randomize her items.
- Sacrifice Room: Will summon spikes around the room, the spikes will rise enough to hit flying players. Getting hit by this spikes will trigger the Sacrifice Room effects.
Luna can have 3 different passive items at the same time, the passive items are categorized into 3 types: MAIN, this items will change the projectile type; SECONDARY, this items will synergize with the main item; ASSIST, this items will not synergize with the other two previous items, but rather act on their own.

- Incubus: Will summon an Incubus that mimics Luna's attacks.
- Mom's Knife: Will summon a mom's knife that will move in a wavy pattern around Luna
- Holy Mantle: Will protect Luna from a single hit.
- Wafer: Luna will take half the damage.
- Magic Mushroom: Increase size, speed and Luna does double Damage. (She can damage you for 2 full hearts)
- Polyphemus: Double Damage. (She can damage you for 2 full hearts)
- Maw of the Void: Luna will release a maw of the void laser periodically.
- Revelation: Luna will release a revelation laser periodically.
- Stopwatch: Increased speed and animation speed.
- Bowl of tears: When hit, has a chance to summon a crack the sky beam.
Luna can also use Active Items.

- Abyss: Will summon a bunch of high health red flies.
- Book of Virtues: Will summon a bunch of key wisp orbitals.
- Bible: Will throw the bible at you.
- Book of Belial: Temporal double Damage. (She can damage you for 2 full hearts)
- Book of Shadows: Temporal shield.
- Anarchist Cookbook: Will summon troll bombs.
- Book of Deads: Will summon a bunch of bone orbitals.
- Kidney Bean: Will steal 9 of your familiars.
- Lemon Mishap: Will create a puddle of yellow creep.
- Anima Sola: Will summon a hand that will bind Isaac to a chain, limiting his movement.
- Dark Arts: Will spawn 5 targets and move through them at high speed.
Luna can also use Special Items, which will change her AI completely.
Special Items:
- Mom's Shovel: Luna Will charge at you, trying to hit you with the shovel, Mom feets will be stomping the room around Luna.
- Mega Mush: Luna will grow out of the room and charge at you from below the floor, creating a shockwave from the collision point.
- Flip: Luna will turn into Luna the Illustred, which will have the following attacks:
Luna the Illustred Attacks:
- Dogma Babies: Will summon a bunch of Dogma babies, which will charge at you in a suicidal explosion.
- Lasers: Luna will trace where lasers are going to be shot.
- Carrots: Luna will shoot 3 sets of carrot rings.
Luna has mod compativility:
If Fiend Folio is enabled:
- Fiend Folio (Active): Will summon a random boss between Buster, Moonson y Battie.
- Horse Paste (Active): Will heal some health.
If Tainted Treasures is enabled:
- Lil Slugger (Main): Will shoot saws.
- Spiderfreak (Main): Will shoot 6 tears by default.
If Alt Horsemen is enabled:
- Book of Revelations (Active): Will summon the tainted horsemen in a similar fashion in how Terra does it.
If Revelations is enabled:
- Glacier Room: Will spawn a temporal Chill-o-wisp.
- Tomb Room: Will spawn a pair of temporal dart traps.

Attacks:
- Ember debris: Will shoot 3 rings of rock projectiles.
- Ash rewind: Will rewind time, moving entities to a previous position and state.
- Sand column: Will shoot a homing sand column to the player.
- Water geyser: Will shoot a stream of water in a horizontal line.
- Attelrock throw: Will throw its moon at you.
- Lantern meteors: Will spawn slow moving meteorite projectiles in random directions.
- Hole absorb: Will absorb floating meteorites and will expel them at the white exit.
- Electrified core: Will spawn many laser current that will move around the room.
- Giant tornado: Will summon a tornado that will make projectiles rain on its path.
- Bramble seed: Will throw a seed that will grow vines in five directions.
- Spike bite: Will bite the room from the outside.
