New Logistick trucks

For Germany we need to add MAN HX it's very good looking and it's very modern.

For China we need to add WS2300 it's very good looking and modern.
Also our Logistick trucks on server are very old and same looking, its very boring to drive in those small truck, this vehicles will help our server to develop further and make it new and good looking.
