Grenadier should have 2 grenade launchers: one for HE, one for smoke #270

Replace the current grenade launcher with two.
One should only be able to fire HE grenades.
The other should only be able to fire smoke grenades.

pros:
-Much easier reloading
-No accidental blowing up allies with HE
-No accidental smoking incoming enemies and helping them kill us

Since using smoke grenades and HE is two very distinct use-cases, I think it is not a drawback that one should switch weapons when switching.

Obviously the two types should be easy to differentiate in the inventory.

Also changing the 3D model is optional and low priority.
