A window that check if location permission is granted

Granted
- navigate immediately to record audio permission screen
Not Granted
- Display explanation why we require location permission and add a button "Grant Location"
- When clicked we require location rights
  - If authorized go to record audio permission screen
  - If not authorized go back to home screen
