A window that check if record audio permission is granted

Granted
- navigate immediately to measurement screen
Not Granted
- Display explanation why we require audio record permission and add a button "Grant Audio Record"
- When clicked we require audio rights
  - If authorized go to measurement screen
  - If not authorized go back to home screen
