Add the ability to select a microphone

The app should scan for available microphones and let the user pick their preferred one.

It is not sure yet how this should be included in the recording flow (always ask before recording? add a button on the recording page? relay on an option in the settings menu?), but the feature itself can still be implemented nonetheless.
