This one is long overdue. I had previously discussed with @thejustinwalsh, who was open to pretty much anything. Today it exists as a Jekyl blog site. Tomorrow it should be something using Gatsby, Next, Remix, or some other TypeScript/JavaScript tech that supports generating static pages.

This ticket is also intended to be catalyst to use or explore automation features supplied by GitHub, incl. Projects, Actions, and Apps (Renovate, etc.).
