I'm trying to do fabric modding for first time ever and I've run into this error when I run ./gradlew migrateMappings --mappings "1.18.2+build.3"

I'm following this https://fabricmc.net/wiki/tutorial:setup

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Follow the wiki tutorial (using Kotlin template)
  2. Use VSCode IDE
  3. Install Kotlin Language extension
  4. Try running the cmd where the gradlew file is at
